KAMPALA — A senior advocate, Hensley Okalebbo, was on Friday warned by the Law Council disciplinary committee against unethical practice. He was sentenced to a caution. Okalebbo of Okalebbo and Company Advocates, who is also a former High Court judge, had earlier conceded to abandoning his client without informing him and accepting instructions from his opponent in the same case.
