IN BRIEF: One lynched

KAMPALA — Irate residents of Makerere, a city suburb, recently lynched a suspected thug who broke into a home and kidnapped a child. The Police rushed the victim to Mulago hospital from where he died. Deputy Police spokesman John Kimera said the incident happened in Mukwenda zone. Ends
