JINJA — President Yoweri Museveni has been accused of suffocating the opposition. The Uganda Peoples’ Congress (UPC) Policy Commission chairman, Dr James Rwanyarare, has challenged Museveni to test his popularity by lifting the ban on political pluralism. Rwanyarare was speaking on Independence Day on Kiira FM radio.
