BUDGETS - SPORTS state minister Okello Oryem has revealed that the recent national budget review and re-allocation adjustments will hit his ministry’s funding of international sports programmes hardest. “That means that the ministry’s planned contribution for clubs in continental tournament will have to be shelved,” Oryem said.
