SIR— I thank Mr James Gayo, your cartoonist for Kingo. Kingo is a very funny man. Whenever I open The New Vision, the first place I look at is Kingo. I always get a good laugh out of it. Take, for example, that one of Tuesday this week, in which Kingo confuses those around as he goes after his dog which has snatched his shirt. Thank you New Vision.
