By John EremuHEAD TEACHERS of government-aided A Level schools converge in Kampala on Monday for the Senior Five selection, an exercise likely to leave over 30,000 candidates stranded due to limited vacancies at Advanced Level.Principals of Primary Teacher Colleges and technical institutes are also expected to turn up at Kyambogo University for the three-day exercise, a statement from the education ministry Permanent Secretary, Francis Lubanga, said yesterday.He said the heads of institutions can pick the admission materials from the ministry headquarters beginning at 3:00pm on Sunday, April 7.
