SIR— It is a shame that some of our doctors can be careless when they are meant to save lives. My friends were involved an accident on March 29 on Tirinyi Road and they were taken to Mbale Hospital where all the occupants needed immediate medical attent
SIR— It is a shame that some of our doctors can be careless when they are meant to save lives. My friends were involved an accident on March 29 on Tirinyi Road and they were taken to Mbale Hospital where all the occupants needed immediate medical attention. To my surprise, one of the doctors whom I learnt was the only one supposed to work on my friend who got a fractured leg could not do anything until April 1. This is unethical! Can the concerned ministry do something about these hospitals before we lose more lives!Allan SabiitiKampalaends
