SIR— I would like to add my voice to that of Margaret Kalungi about depth of potholes in Kampala.
SIR— I would like to add my voice to that of Margaret Kalungi about depth of potholes in Kampala. My subject is the pothole on Sir Apollo Road. The road is almost impassable. KCC has a technical department, which is supposed to handle these matters. I know they say they have no funds but surely, how expensive is it to fill some potholes? They should have some emergency road repair funds so that the holes can be filled as they wait for a World Bank loan. S. SempebwaKampala
