MBARARA — Wilson Tumwine, the new mayor, has appointed the LC4 councillor for Kakoba Division, Hajjat Nuriat Musoke as his deputy. Musoke, replaced John Karaganwa, who was the deputy municipality mayor during the regime of former mayor, Roberts Rutehenda alias Bonga. Ends
