KAMPALA — Buganda Road Court magistrate Sylvia Namubiru yesterday ordered the arrest of two elopement suspects who have gone missing since May 23. Solomon Turumanya Twesigye, a former World Vision accountant, and his co-accused, the wife of a Makerere University lecturer, have for the third time failed to appear in court to defend themselves. They are to be produced in court on July 24.Ends
