KAMPALA — The hearing of Ngoma Ngime’s election petition appeal yesterday flopped because one of the three justices on the panel was going to attend the probe commission into alleged plunders of the DR Congo. “We are unable to start hearing the election petition appeal by the appellant, because our brother, Justice J.P. Berko is required to attend the probe commission into the Democratic Republic of Congo affairs, Justice Galdino Okello told court. Ends
