By Felix OsikeSUDANESE President Omar El Bashir arrives tomorrow for a two-day official visit at the invitation of President Yoweri Museveni.His visit comes a week after his government signed a peace agreement with the rebel Sudanese Peoples Liberation Army in Machakos, Kenya, to end the war. “The Sudanese leader will hold official and bilateral talks with Museveni,†a statement from the President’s Press Secretary, Mary Okurut, said. “They will probably discuss the role of Uganda after the Machakos agreement,†Sudan embassy official said yesterday.
