SOCCER - PATRICK Kabuye, a US based Ugandan coach, was recently one of the beneficiaries of scoring tips from soccer legend Ian Rush. This was at a UEFA coaching course held in Wales recently. Participants were awarded UEFA category A licence that makes them eligible to handle professional European football teams. Rush was one of the guests to the course that attracted at least 60 coaches.Ends
