PADER — The Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA) rebels of Joseph Kony have promised to release all the women and children below five years in their captivity. They said they would only be handed over to religious and traditional leaders in Acholi, Rwot Joseph Ywakamoi of Koyo Lalogi in Pajule said on Monday. Ywakamoi said a senior LRA commander, Col. Raska Lagoro Oketayot, advised him to keep the children and women well.Ends
