SIR—It is unfortunate that most of our people in Kasese<br>district are going to die of AIDS, according to scientific research.

district are going to die of AIDS, according to scientific research. The director of health services in Kasese says break-down in cultural norms, lack of parental guidance, idleness and poverty are responsible for the high rate of HIV infection.
Now that we know the causes, why can’t somebody, somewhere, devise possible solutions for my kinsmen and women?
