KASESE — the UN has approved the controversial UPDF stay in the DR Congo as peace returns to the vast African country after nearly five years of civil strife. This was said by the Rwenzori Mountains alpine Brigade commander, Lt. Col. Dula Mawa, during independence celebrations on Wednesday.
