Kyenjojo district woman MP Harriet Kagaba has advised residents not to sell their land to investors.

Kagaba said households should have small tea gardens for sale instead of selling land to tea companies.

She was on Thursday speaking at celebrations to mark the district’s second anniversary.

Kagaba, who represented local government minister Bidandi Ssali appealed to residents to produce raw materials for investors.

Also present were district chairman William Kaija, Mwenge south MP Dora Byamukama and deputy RDC Fred Wambedde.
