Gizzard earns girl beating

By Richard Akellem ARIENYO of Soroti, was recently beaten up by her brother Aziz for serving his gizzard to her boyfriend. Aziz slaughtered a chicken and asked his sister to cook it before he went to drink. He came back at night to find Arienyo's boyfriend just leaving. On learning he had had a meal, he rushed to the kitchen only to find the prized gizzard missing. Without a word, he pounced on Arienyo hitting her in the face. "Ingaibo ijai ki ijo angalube na?" (who have you given my gizzard?) Aziz demanded. Ends
