KAMPALA - The Inspector General of Police, Mr. John Kisembo, has released guidelines for the Police to follow during the presidential and parliamentary elections.

KAMPALA - The Inspector General of Police, Mr. John Kisembo, has released guidelines for the Police to follow during the presidential and parliamentary elections. Kisembo, who was last Friday addressing senior Police officers at their end of year party at Nsambya Sharing Hall, called upon the Police countrywide to internalise the guidelines. Ends.
