2 charged over car theft

KAMPALA - Two men accused of stealing a vehicle from the United Arab Emirates were charged in a Kampala court with stealing. Isaac Kasobya, 30, a businessman of Namungoona Church Zone, appeared before Buganda Road Court Grade One Magistrate Vincent Mugabo. He denied the charge. His co-accused, Andrew Musisi, 36, a driver and resident of Kawempe Jinja Zone A, did not turn up and the court issued criminal summons against him. Kasobya did not have sureties and was remanded to Luzira Prison till February 5. Ends.
