KAMPALA - Police in Mukono have arrested a student at the Uganda Christian University for allegedly tearing President Museveni's poster in Mukono town on Saturday. Oscar Wakubaliho, 21, was arrested by a combined forces of Local councillors and Police while tearing Museveni poster near the University. Wakubaliho was immediately taken to Mukono local administration police cells awaiting prosecution. Ends
