A certain youthful county MP has been up to a lot of mischief at Mukula's Soroti Hotel lately. We hear the MP has been frequenting Soroti town and quite often sneaking into Soroti Hotel under the cover of night where he and a certain receptionist at the hotel have made another 'home'.
