KAMPALA- Ministry of Health and Commercial Marketing Strategies will next week launch a new contraceptive. Dr Florence Ebanyat, assistant commissioner for reproductive health in the ministry said the pill releases a chemical that burns the sperms before they reach the ovary. The pill, known as Vikela, has been imported from France and will be sold on the open market. Ends
