JINJA - An agent of presidential candidate Col. Kizza Besigye has asked the Jinja RDC to hand over the office keys, saying he wanted to prepare for the office. Julius Zziwa, the public relations officer in Besigye's district task force, told Patrick Balidawa at Kubirima Take-away that Besigye would win. "I want to prepare early. You know that post is not for non-starters," Zziwa joked. He said Besigye would beat Museveni without a re-run. Ends
