Shame Upon Lukyamyuzi

Sir- I am disappointed with Ken Lukyamuzi over his recent statements at a rally at Najja. He called upon people to kill foreigners who try to vote in the forthcoming elections. This reasoning is perverted, especially when it comes from a leader. Ken, we have always known you as a government critic and did support you at times, but this time you have messed up. You have let down all those who you made believe that you are upright. And shamelessly you refer to article 3, (285) of the constitution of Uganda using your own understanding of the article.
