KITGUM - The re-stocking programme in the district is proceeding according to plan, the LC5 chairman, John Bosco Oryem, has said. Oryem, was addressing a district council meeting recently. He said 664 heifers, 543 bulls and 464 goats had been given out to selected beneficiaries. "the Government plan to re-stock the district is ongoing. so far there is a cumulative disbursement of sh619m. 42.4% of the total budget for the district has been met. 150 ox-ploughs have been received," Oryem said.
