Museveni, you promised

MBARARA––Mbongo Matayo, the headteacher of Tukore Invalids Primary School, Rwampara has appealed to President Museveni to fulfil his promise to install electricity in the school. Mbongo said Museveni promised to extend hydro electric power to Mwizi and Bugamba secondary schools. "When I contacted Uganda Electricity Board, I was asked to pay sh26m for a transformer, which the school cannot afford," Mbongo said. Ends
