FORT PORTAL - A Fort Portal businessman convicted of murder is to hang after the Supreme Court dismissed his appeal against the sentence. Muzamiro Bbalitebya was convicted by the High Court sitting in Fort Portal in 1997 and the decision was upheld by the Court of Appeal in 1999. Bbalibatebya shot dead a woman passenger in a bus he and another robbed at Matiri in Kaziri forest on the Mubende-Fort Portal road. Ends
