By John Odyek THE Electoral Commission has denied there are irregularities in the voters cards and has challenged anyone who finds any to present it to them. The head of voter registration, Ibrahim Lutalo, said yesterday that Paul Ssemogerere, the Democratic Party leader, pointed out possible anomalies in the voters' cards but the commission had not seen any. Lutalo said they would correct any anomalies if they were pointed out. Lutalo, who showed The New Vision the voters' cards, said voters who do not find their names in the register should seek a hearing with a parish tribunal. He said by today, all polling stations are expected to have received voters' cards. He said some of districts that had not received cards were Kisoro, Rukungiri and Ntungamo. He said the cards could be distinguished from forged ones because they bear special security features which the Commission will not reveal. Ends
