MBARARA - The Resident District Commissioner, Mr. Ngoma Ngime, has said he will contest for the Kigulu South seat in the coming parliamentary elections. Vice-president Speciosa Wandira Kazibwe is the incumbent.

MBARARA - The Resident District Commissioner, Mr. Ngoma Ngime, has said he will contest for the Kigulu South seat in the coming parliamentary elections. Vice-president Speciosa Wandira Kazibwe is the incumbent. Ngoma Ngime, who sought leave to campaign for President Yoweri Museveni, said Kazibwe promised to step down after this term. He also said he would resign if Col. Kizza Besigye won the presidential elections. Ends
