Ssemogere In Brussels

KAMPALA - Paul Kawanga Ssemogerere, the president-general of the mainstream Democratic Party (DP), is in Belgium to attend an international symposium on African conflicts. Ssemogerere, who left the country for Brussels on Wednesday, is to present a paper today, on the conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The DP publicity secretary, Damiano Lubega, said Ssemogerere would also discuss the implications of the DRC conflict to the region and the people of Uganda in particular. Ends
