Two Charged

KAMPALA - Two men arrested for allegedly trying to vote twice in Monday's elections, were yesterday charged. Sula Kalika, 22, a resident of Zana Kirimanyanga and Robert Kizito, 29, of Kasubi, appeared before Buganda Road Court magistrate Silvia Namubiru. They denied the charges. Ends
