Christians to get new university

SIRONKO––A university is to be established in Buwalasi, Sironko district by the Church of Uganda, Mr. James Wapakabulo, the National Political Commissar, has said. Wapakabulo said this decision was reached recently during a meeting held at St Andrew's Community Centre, Mbale. The meeting was attended by representatives from the Uganda Christian University, Bishops and selected Christians from Eastern region. Ends
