By Eddie Sejjoba PRESIDENT Yoweri Museveni has condemned motorists who drive at high speed and kill innocent people in fatal accidents. He referred to them as satanic and said all those warned included his personal drivers. Museveni, who was yesterday speaking at a funeral service for Terabia Rweshaluro alias Kamama, said he had instructed his drivers not to exceed 100km while driving on tarmac and murram roads in the city. Kamama was Museveni's informant, friend and a staunch Movement activist. She died at the weekend in a car accident at Katende, 10km from Kampala, with her son Arinaitwe, her mother Arina Rwatiti, her secretary Victoria Rwetonda and her driver Dean Sharif. They were traveling to Nkumba University to attend a graduation ceremony. Kamama was buried at Rwenikona village in Nyasozi parish, Kabula county Rakai district. Museveni vowed not to return traffic policemen to the roads even though many people were pestering him to do so. "Some people are blaming me for removing these, "Abashuma ba Kisembo" (Kisembo's thieves)," Museveni said. "But I think there are many ways of stopping these accidents." He said he would consider the advice of West Buganda diocese Bishop Dr. Kefa Kamya Semakula who led the funeral service. Semakula asked him to reinstate road governor gadgets, which check the drivers' speed. Museveni also said that he had lost a great friend and great fighter of the Movement struggle. He said he came to know some of his ministers like Sarah Kiyingi through Kamama. Museveni pledged to support Kamama's children including Second Lt Moses Mugume from the 53rd battalion in Congo. Ends
