Vianney Luggya & Juliet Nagawa

This week, Vianney Luggya, UTL's Customer Relations executive, is set to be 'kwanjuled' by long-term sweetheart Juliet Nagawa (not the one of WBS). On July 22. Juliet is a state attorney in the Ministry of Justice. The two met at University and have held it steady since. Kwanjula will be held at Juliet's father home in Bulenga. We don't know yet who Vianney's entourage will consist of but scouts say it most likely going to be close friends and family. Ends
