Thirteen Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) rebels who surrendered to the UPDF in Kasese on Wednesday. They were paraded before the journalists and the military at Fort Portal in Kabarole. Left is Lt. Col. Arocha, the 309 Brigade commander. Right is Sam Kyomukama, one of the Kichwamba Technical Institute students abducted by the rebels on June 8, 1998. The rebels burnt to death 80 of the students.
