Why does Nkoyooyo want to groom a Muganda?

SIR-Archbishop Livingstone Nkoyooyo wants to groom a Muganda president, come 2006. That is idle tribalism and even smacks of corrupt undertones! The implication is that a Muganda president will look at issues from a Kiganda perspective. It is just as bad as if he had said that the Anglican Church should canvass for a Protestant or Cardinal Wamala had suggested campaigning for a Catholic. Ugandans must vote for a Ugandan regardless of his or her ethnicity or creed. The sooner African leaders grasp that in their heads the better for all Ugandans! When will we ever learn?
