By Moses Nampala Two pupils of Victoria Nile primary school in Jinja Municipality went missing a week ago and are suspected to have been kidnapped. Anthony Emoding, the district Police commander, identified the children as Shamila Mutesi, 9, of Primary Three and Sharita Kirunda, 7, of Primary One. Hamuza Kirunda, their father, in tears told The New Vision that the day the children disappeared they had left for school from their home on Iganga Road as always. "I shared breakfast with my children on the morning of the fateful day before they bade me farewell as they left for school. But I was alarmed upon returning home when I was told that both children had disappeared. Since then we have never set our eyes on them," Kirunda said. The school authorities said they only learnt of the disappearance from Kirunda. Ends
