What a shame, Express FC!

Sir- Last week, I was shocked to learn that Express FC yet again slipped in their quest to win the league title. At the beggining, Express made every Ugandan believe that it was their turn to win the local honours. With the signing of Hassan Mubiru, most of us were convinced. However, with only one match played in the second round, the title hopers, seem to be lagging. My advice is, for any team to dislodge the reigning champs from top spot, you must be able to first of all beat the small teams. Moses Kabuye, KAMPALA
