WOBULENZI – The town council chairman, Sebastian Sebaggala, has reshuffled his cabinet to improve efficiency.
WOBULENZI – The town council chairman, Sebastian Sebaggala, has reshuffled his cabinet to improve efficiency. William Kasumba, who has been secretary for Works and Housing is now secretary for health, water and sanitation. Katumba David has moved from secretary for education and sports to secretary for works and housing.
