GULU – Former Lords Resistance Army (LRA) rebels who have surrendered to the UPDF will be given resettlement packages.
GULU – Former Lords Resistance Army (LRA) rebels who have surrendered to the UPDF will be given resettlement packages. This was revealed by the LC5 boss, Lt. Col. Walter Ochora, while addressing a rally at Purongo on peace and reconciliation programme currently going on in the district. He appealed to the residents to work for peace in the area.
