The attaches from the American, French, British, Kenya and Tanzania missions were accompanied by the deputy Army Commander, Brig. Joram Mugume. They were met on arrival by the UPDF 2nd Division commander, Lt. Col. Tumusiime Nyakaitana. “I think they came to establish if it is true that the UPDF has dealt with the ADF and say thank you,” Nyakaitana said. Ends
