HOIMA — The Bishop of the Catholic Diocese, Deogratias Byabazaire, has condemned what he termed as “senseless killings’ of innocent people and called for peaceful conflict resolution. The bishop was recently opening a training workshop on peaceful conflict resolution for the diocese employees held at Kolping Hall in Hoima town.
