MBARARA – Court yesterday fined three men to a fine of sh50,000 each for making false declaration to obtain passports.
MBARARA – Court yesterday fined three men to a fine of sh50,000 each for making false declaration to obtain passports. Wilson Kizito Nsubuga, alias George Semwanga, 42, a Kampala businessman, Alexander Kayima, alias Van Excel Alex, 22, of Lake Side Kisugu, and Julius Mugume Bigirwa, alias Bigirwa Julius Mugume, 25, of Kiwatule, appeared before Nakawa Court Chief Magistrate John Arutu.
