By Vision Reporter THE Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, Hajat Janat Mukwaya, has said there is need for bridging the information gap between legal professionals and administration staff of the ministry in order to ensure efficient service delivery. Mukwaya said this on Friday while closing a two-day strategic planning workshop for workers in the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs (MOJCA), held at Lake View Regency Hotel in Mbarara. “We must have a solidified position supported by a reliable and considered information, if we are to successfully include our strategic objectives in the overall sectoral objectives,” she said. Mukwaya said the supply of computer equipment and accessories does not amount to information management. She said the ministry should address the issues regarding human resource development.
