By Samson Opus ANXIETY is high as boxers prepare for the Nyangweso Cup that gets underway next week. The race for the title is open in the absence of former powerhouse Lukanga boxing club after financier Samuel Lukanga (pictured right) opted out. Players weigh in tomorrow ahead of the week-long tournament. Kampala City Council (KCC), who came back in the picture after winning the national novice championship last month, are among the top guns gearing up for the event. The Mayor’s boys, under former national captain Charles Lubulwa, have been in a one-month training stint for the show-down. “I cannot claim my side to be any better, but all we want is to be prepared,” said Lubulwa. City SSS Kasubi is among the other clubs expected to vie for honours. ends
