Sleaze scouts on their way to Ange Noir and Club Silk on Independence night were shocked at what they observed on Third Street. Independence night revellers were openly fornicating by the walls and those who had extra cash to spare could opt for some privacy in a makeshift portable kawempe structure that was put up by some enterprising businessman.
