KAPCHORWA — The Resident District Commissioner, Albina Opio, has asked lodge operators to register visitors in their lodges. He asked the District Internal Security Officer, Kenneth Ruhweju, to design a guide on the mode of registration. Opio said the directive was aimed at curbing robbery in the district.
