LIRA — The district LC5 Chairman James Obua Otoa has attacked the Uganda People’s Congress Ahdoc Committee, accusing it of creating division in the party. Obua Otoa was addressing a gathering at Akii Bua Stadium during the district Independence Day celebrations last week.
