TORORO — The assistant town clerk John Guloba has been arrested over embezzlement of sh13m meant for the construction of a health unit in Chamunula.
TORORO — The assistant town clerk John Guloba has been arrested over embezzlement of sh13m meant for the construction of a health unit in Chamunula. He was arrested along with the sub-accountant, Mr. Opio. The two were arrested on October 11 by the LC3 chairman, Mr. James Onyango.
